REIKI CLASSES
Reiki Level One
Come promote balance, transformation and whole body wellness by learning and practicing this ancient system of natural healing. During this eight-hour workshop, you will be attuned to the Reiki energy, explore the chakra energy system and the history of Reiki, learn the Reiki Ideals to promote peace and harmony, and practice how to give a Reiki treatment to yourself and others. You will receive a Reiki manual and certificate at the end of the class.

Reiki Level Two
Reiki Level Two is open to all students who have completed Reiki Level One and would like to use it actively in their lives. You explore Reiki in greater depth and further expand your healing capabilities. You learn techniques including Reiki symbols that can accelerate the healing process and allow Reiki to be applied over long distances. You will receive a Reiki manual and certificate at the end of the class.
** Participant must have taken Reiki Level One class previously. If you have taken Level One with another Reiki Master Teacher, please bring a copy of your certificate.

What is Reiki?
Reiki (“ray-key”) is a hands-on healing system that touches on all levels: body, mind, and spirit. Gentle and non-invasive, Reiki enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself and is a powerful way to relieve stress and promote wellness.
About Kelly
Kelly LoGiudice is an experienced Reiki Master Teacher, offering in-person treatments, as well as Reiki classes. She has practiced and taught all levels of Reiki at hospitals, community colleges and her office.
Kelly first became interested in Reiki when she noticed the extremely warm hands of her massage instructor. Her instructor said it was because of she was a Reiki practitioner, so Kelly took her first Reiki class in 1999. Culminating in becoming a Reiki Master Teacher in 2005, Kelly trained with Arlington Reiki Associates and then with Myra Partyka at All That Matters, a holistic wellness center in Rhode Island. What is a Reiki Attunement?
An attunement is an ancient technique for fine-tuning the physical and etheric bodies to a higher vibratory level. During this process your Reiki Master Teacher works with your chakras to enable you to channel (and vibrate) higher amounts of universal life force energy. Your teacher will touch your head, shoulders, and hands and use one or more special breathing techniques.
An attunement is a unique individual experience promoting balance, transformation, harmony, positive wellness and a more refined sensitive consciousness. During the attunement, some students feel warmth in the hands; others may see colors or have altered states of consciousness and spiritual experiences. However, it is not necessary to have an inner experience for the attunement to have worked.
